Aston-Mansfield is proud to continue our commitment to the real Living Wage

We’re continuing our commitment to the real living wage in 2025 and beyond.

We have been committed to the London Living Wage for many years. In 2022 we supported the Living Wage Foundation by becoming accredited as a Living Wage Employer.

Now, as we enter the new financial year, we are continuing our commitment to the real living wage by ensuring that all our staff are being paid the current real Living Wage (London Living Wage) or above.

The real Living Wage is a voluntary wage rate (above the legal minimum) independently calculated by economists at the Resolution Foundation on behalf of the Living Wage Foundation.

The real Living Wage goes beyond the minimum and is based on the cost of living, taking account for essentials such as housing, food, travel but also small discretionary expenses that allow for a decent standard of living, such as a meal out for a child’s birthday or school uniform at the start of term.” (Real Living Wage vs. Government’s Minimum Wage Rates: What’s the Difference?)

This mission extends not just to those who access our services, but also to every employee.

We’re proud to be one of 16,000 employers across the UK who pay the real Living wage.
